So about 25 years ago I met this guy at a gym in Milford ma. His name was John and he had the craziest shoulder so ever saw still to this day. He was about 6’3 250 lean and mid 30s. Well I just saw him today and he was 60 and looked exactly the same we had a good talk. He said he has been running 500mgs of test weekly with either 200 mgs of mast with either 200 mgs of deca or eq  for 30+ years now and throws in 20 mgs of anavar eod may-August every year. He was 240 and lean as fuck. Insane how crazy he looks still and how long he’s been doing it. Anyways he said the mast and anavar were why his shoulders were like that also crazy shoulder genetics and lots of laterals. Does no pressing.

I only got that short message for now so I'm clueless, will talk to him later. My doc is a general practitioner and he is only reading the MRI doc's notes I assume so I don't know what he himself knows about these issues. I'm not sure about the relation of infections with this issue but I have in fact an ongoing infection and/or inflammation in my body which is being investigated. Thanks. My experience with healthcare really sucks lately,  I have numerous current issues and everything sucks, ridiculous waiting times, really hard to get ahold of my docs and when I do they don't have time to explain anything and so on. Just one anecdote. When I was following up on my bicep surgery and was scheduled to see the doc he came in and lifted my band aid an inch and without looking under it he just said, rehab! and was out the door. A 15 second doctor's visit

Sweden is starting to become more and more like US where you need a private health care insurance to get good care/health service. Most upper income people I know have private health care insurance. A pretty bad deal for the citizens since we still have pretty much the highest taxes in the world. So what are we paying taxes for?... well we all know

Anything run by any human will become corrupt. Even if you took programs out of political control, and put it in the hand of the citizen, the citizens would corrupt it due to greed.

Basically, anything humans touch will lean towards greed. There is no solution for this. Self-preservation is too strong and tribalism is too strong--we will always look out for ourselves/family/close friends first.

I dont have a solution. The only solution I have for myself to reduce my anxiety is confront reality as best as I can and keep pushing forward.
