which is .75 gm per kilo of bodyweight
Thats the majority of scientists and nutritionists, the only people telling you to eat a lb per lb of bodyweight are supp companies.
Yeah I know. But guys here were saying 50 grams is all you need and such. Just thinking logically, if stressing the body and trying to add muscle, hopefully, the amount should go up. It's not a perfect conversion either, where each extra gram ingested goes to muscle growth. Some cultures eat a lot of protein though, 70 grams was said to be the average amount in an American dinner in that one protein study I posted

Some people though tend to not like protein foods much, eating mostly cereals, starches, fruits, milk products perhaps upset their stomachs, so may need reminding. Also if eating vegetarian the amount should go up by 25% to account for the lack of essential aminos, and getting the RDA from a veg diet is challenging.
Matt did you buy Vans account
LOL
Just kidding Van......I always enjoy your posts.....MOST of the time.
Thanks wes. I try to cover my bases to preemt criticisms so I tend to meander on

This seems to be the kinder gentler version of Van B, haha.
I have never tried to get into "fights" here and haven't really. Annoying perhaps, very aggressive, at least I don't think so, though tone is hard to judge always
