The statute on the 1983 issue has passed and unless they do some bullshit like they did with the rape allegation legislature to be able to dive back beyond that’s a big nothing burger. As far as the other two issues, she won’t get any time but I’d imagine worst case (or best depending how you look at it) she may lose her job or step down. She did something on paper that is the same she got Trump on just at a much smaller level.
