Is it really worth it?

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34368386/

"We report a case of significant cholestatic liver injury associated with a SARM, ostarine (enobosarm), similar to that associated with anabolic steroids."

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39063049/

"Ostarine popularity increased in recent years, and it is currently the most abused "other anabolic agent" (subclass S1.2. of the "anabolic agents" class S1) from the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) prohibited list. Several cases of liver toxicity were recently reported in regular users"

Yes, it works, no major suppression after 8 weeks, large strength increases, reduction in fat,  gaining lean muscle and especially excellent for injury recovery.

I used 12 mg's, which I felt was enough, though some doing 25 mg's might have higher sides and suppression, especially if used too long or often.

Gotta be mindful of these potential sides. But just as a note, cholestatic hepatitis is a known side of oral anabolic steroids as stated but remarkably rare considering how many use them. If someone were to use anabolics or these SERMs, which I don't actually push on anyone even if it might sometimes seem like it on here lol, I would highly recommend looking up something called tauroursodeoxycholic acid, aka TUDCA, when on them, a drug you would be prescribed if you presented with say jaundice as a result of cholestatic hepatitis resulting from steroids or SERMs. It's sold widely as a supplement. It might be even be useful if someone notices they have trouble digesting fatty meals and have "gall bladder pains," but I'm not a doctor so ask him first :D This supplement is a relatively new thing for bodybuilders, although maybe not really, some old school bodybuilders way back had this trick of taking ox bile extracts when orals didn't seem to suit them or they had trouble tolerating fatty meals, I remember Tom Platz mentioning ox bile supplements decades ago. Ox bile contains natural TUDCA. I wish I had used it throughout my 25 years of taking oral anabolics because I finally ran into some gall bladder and pancreatitis issues, although I'm not sure if they were related. Anyway, TUDCA may help reduce bile toxicity, it's antioxidative and may have other health benefits like with brain function 8)

It would be interesting to know what testosterone labs would look like if enclomifene was taken alongside, might escape any test downregulation, as well as post-cycle suppression, but that's just a theory on my part. SERMs can cause vision problems and supplementing with certain antioxidants might be helpful when on enclomifene.

What type of fishing gear do you use?
