But you are correct in a sense.  Given the current state of the Democrat party, I doubt they would ever put someone like Harold Ford, Jr. at the top the ticket.  Instead, we will get AOC, Newsom, Harris, or some other unintelligent extremist dud.  I wish that were not the case.  The country would be better if we had a competition between two smart, genuine, successful statesmen.

I am unemotional, or so I have been told. You do not know who I vote for or which party they represent. If Trump is not on the ballot in 2028, I won't have TDS, not that I have it now.
