warmup? Pure fantasy and frankly irresponsible to publish. As the modern record is 250, Viator probably couldn't do 200 for one
clean rep, and nobody has ever done 200x20, even with poor form.
But I see that the magazine printed "(Nautilus machine)" next to it, in parenthesis. Maybe it was one of those old weight-stack machines? If that's the case, it's possible. Some bicep/tricep machines are laughably easy and over-leveraged.
