I actually spent my paper round money as a kid on that horseshit
Since I'm a "substance" aficionado

Dibencozide is another name for adenosylcobalamin, a biologically active form of B12, so it's a good choice if one "needs" more B12.
Mumie is another name for Shilajit which has made a huge splash in the supplement market in recent years among nootropic and life extension enthusiasts. There are a bunch of studies showing biological effects which "may" be useful in certain situations. It's fossilized vegetation that is gathered from mountains in the Himalayas, a tar like substance. Has been big in Ayurveda for centuries if not millennia, as well as Russian folk medicine. Some batches by some companies contain high amounts of harmful heavy metals so that's something to consider. I think the FDA has put out a warning on it. I would use if had lots of money to burn.
I think many herbals can be very useful in certain situations, offer nonspecific resistance to various stressors. I think it's very interesting how old folk medicine was able to pinpoint certain effects to specific herbs and science later confirmed it. I like Rhodiola and Ashwagandha for example - an up to 30% reduction in cortisol is nothing to sneeze at. Another example, Milk Thistle has been proven to protect the liver from insult, or Berberine which works as well as the diabetes drug Metformin.

Hmb is protein sparing in certain conditions. Tribestan, the og trib that actually worked, was used by olympic lifters to restart hpta after an event. It would never raise testosterone and we sold it just for post cycle recovery.
Tribestan is said to normalize the reproductive system but I think it's mostly useful as mild neurostimulant that increases general drive ("aggression") and sex drive, same as Tongkat Ali which beakdoctor mentioned earlier. Might be mildly useful for naturals or if someone actually cycles their steroids, when off. I used the real Bulgarian pharma Tribestan when I was like 14 years old
