lol yeah i guess i should elaborate more...

the leg press...and the reason i have all these questions is becuase for years i just trained at home and on my own really not seeing the point of joining the gym til i stepped foot in one that was worth signing up for! now i've got all these questions and ideas when i thought i was "Seasoned"

i have heard different reports,and since i am unable to take one apart and weigh it, i tend to think its about 25 lbs or so. that being said do not be one of those people who count the sled only count the number of 45lb plates you attach.

Depends on the raw materials being used, manufacture, & engineering.

I've seen quite a few anywhere between 25-45 lbs.
