Came across another vid from this fella and it seems that doing set of 5 is too many reps for me as I have ZERO interest in adding any more muscle

And I think.i gotta focus on form/technique now so check the ego at the door

I can still train the lockouts, pec deck and tri ext heavy though

Don't get me wrong, he's a brilliant bencher, but please. then again ig you want to play this game, why not find his advice to Dave Tate about eating to gain weight for bigger numbers. Look at Ed Coan ffs arguably one of if not the goat, his lifts went up but it also tracked alongside the fact that he went up numerous weight divisions over the course of his career. it's a different story if the weight gain was blubber, but based on pics you've shared you have bugger all muscle mass, and you'll max out CNS related gains at that bodyweight quickly enough (it's an asymptotic curve so you might continue to gain a little but nothing significant after a while)

 You're already talking about changing your lifting regimen so I refer you back to my comments earlier about consistency and application of common sense.

Even blakely said if you gain weight but it fat or muscle you will get stronger which is fact

I've done this countless fucking times and it never ever added lean dry muscle plus it costs money to eat more calories and I'm poor as shit also my narcissism does not afford me looking like crap

My form/technique needs a TON of work, from grip to arch to bar travel

Perfecting all of those parameters WILL ADD 30-50 POUNDS to the bar alone

The strict curl is not so technical not even close

There was a time at the Old Westside gym where I couldn’t gain weight to save my fucking life.

There was this dude who trained there who could just put on weight like fucking magic. He’d go from 198 to 308 and then to 275 and back down to 198. And he was never fat. It was amazing.

I finally asked him one day how he did it.

“You mean I never told you the secret to gaining weight? Come outside and I’ll fill you in.”

Now remember, we’re at Westside Barbell. And this guy wants to go outside to talk so no one else can hear. Think about that for a minute. What the hell is he going to tell me? This must be some serious shit if we have to go outside, I thought.

So we get outside and he starts talking.

“For breakfast you need to eat four of those breakfast sandwiches from McDonalds. I don’t care which ones you get, but make sure to get four. Order four hash browns, too. Now grab two packs of mayonnaise and put them on the hash browns and then slip them into the sandwiches. Squish that shit down and eat. That’s your breakfast.”

At this point I’m thinking this guy is nuts. But he’s completely serious.

“For lunch you’re gonna eat Chinese food. Now I don’t want you eating that crappy stuff. You wanna get the stuff with MSG. None of that non-MSG bullshit. I don’t care what you eat but you have to sit down and eat for at least 45 minutes straight. You can’t let go of the fork. Eat until your eyes swell up and become slits and you start to look like the woman behind the counter.”

“For dinner you’re gonna order an extra-large pizza with everything on it. Literally everything. If you don’t like sardines, don’t put ’em on, but anything else that you like you have to load it on there. After you pay the delivery guy, I want you to take the pie to your coffee table, open that fucker up, and grab a bottle of oil. It can be olive oil, canola oil, whatever. Anything but motor oil. And I want you to pour that shit over the pie until half of the bottle is gone. Just soak the shit out of it.”

Did this when I was 24 and went from 146 to 190 in 8 weeks bodyfat went from 7.5 to 20%

Most he weighed was 349

Been watching ipf raw benches and seems like everyone is getting 400 and nearly no now getting 500

Even the 48s are getting 400 which is fucking insane but even the super heavies can't get 500

Just did a triple with 110 on the strict curl

Took 500 mcg grams of cheque drops much much better than 250

Had a fella on here tell me I only need one strength drug

It seems drops may be better than drol pour moi gotta see a few more times

Lastly I will try halo

I visualize extreme circumstances for blind rage

For example I look at this sweet baby and imagine someone trying to harm him

Would not end well for him as I'd attack him with extreme rage my right hand would fuck him up them I'd stomp him out
