I heard it feels like being tickled under your arm. No pain at all.

Zero initial pain. Some soreness later on.

This, ruptured my bicep tendon at the shoulder. No pain, almost relief, it had been really sore for some time.

Had it reattach and rotator cuff repaired. Rehab was torture. Need to get the other side done before it tears.

Oh it just seems every biceps tear caught on camera people seem to drop the weight and reel in pain.

I tore a pec 15 years ago doing too heavy flys. It was the worst feeling ever.

Dropped my weights in half after I recovered and have never felt better

After 35 I dropped the heavy weights and have never regretted that decision.

Even before looking at the video I knew he must have fully extended his arm.

'Full range of motion' is not needed in most exercises and probably leads to even more serious injuries.

Tell that to Dr. Mike Isrealtel

Doesn't working all partial reps lead to weakness in the part of muscle not worked?

Not in my experience.

Found it better to keep constant tension on the muscle instead.

When the tension is off the muscle, and it's stretched to its limit, that's the most dangerous for injury.

Isn't it all supposed to be about 'the stretch' these days?

It is supposedly productive but I'd say only slightly
