But, anyway, in no place does it contain anything but the victim's testimony - there is no additional physical evidence (video footage, official records) listed anywhere.

Everything is filmed these days, so don't you find that odd. If they had this, they'd surely published it, no?

So, if real evidence did get published, it would be a different discussion and a real problem.
