For.the 75 kg its 160 kg witch is amazing but I could possibly break that one
I forget the name of the type of writing, but you sometimes leave out a word which most everyone understand is implied

In that flat bench vid you posted I saw no attempt to bridge at all. I'm not a bencher nor a comp lifter so who am I to comment, but most big benchers always set up even a slight arch by digging their upper backs into the bench first and then they lower the hips. Then they ususually pull their heels back a little to ensure most leg drive while locking the glutes to the bench so they don't come off in a max attempt. Then there is subtle pressing back of the body during the lift. You could just start doing that, but maybe you already have? I had an almost robc level bench at one time, unfortunately it was before cellphone cameras so can't prove anything. God I still miss it after 25 years!

And man, stronger legs and back will absolutely help bench, they don't have to hypertrophy at all either, just more neural strenght = low, low reps, just one or two sets a week of squars and deads.
Regarding arches, you reminded ned of the 90 degree upper arm rule now in some orgs. I asked a current lifter in the gym if the poundages have now come down as a result. He said not really. Now instead what they do is practise lowering the bar into the ribcage to get the legal angle and then they simultaneously lift the ribcage and press, stoll mostly the same arch
