^^^ I am always amazed at arm wrestler's development. Some of the middle weight guys have skinny legs and Twinklike upper bodies but have HUGE arms. If they only wrestle with one arm that arm may be a couple inches bigger than the other arm. Kills the belief that you can't just build one part of the body.

you know some years ago when i had a prolapsed disc in my neck ( C6/C7) i really had trouble Benching & so i used one arm presses with a Dumbbell ( hence my other thread on this subject)
it built my weaker side over a period of time..just my experience
Forearms are a muscle group you can 100% train & get good results..having said that i´ve seen guys with good upper arms & small forearms  :-\

Yep & I've seen plenty of women with Big Tits & skinny legs ;D
