I remember watching the movie Tooth Fairy with my kids when they were little, and also Witch Mountain and he was skinny like this. Still carrying muscle and probably looked jacked next to your average person, but yeah he really stepped back on it around 2010 or so and hasn’t come off. I’d say health scare.
