Legs too small though.

I keep thinking the same but im also leaning toward over dieting. Reminds me of Yates a bit in that regard. So in theory Tabani could actually compete a bit fuller and just as dry and with excellent detail. Got some oil in his arms and shoulders but theres real muscle on that frame and a lot of it. Have to see how his prep goes after travelling.

Prediction? Top 10 best case scenario? Top 6?

I am very interested to learn more about sleep apnea and heart failure. Would using a cpap help a heart failure patient?

Yes, if they have sleep apnea. They'd need a sleep study first.

Quote
Shoe on other foot, would someone with heart failure and sleep apnea be worse off by not using their cpap?

Yes absolutely. It can worsen the heart failure itself and also provoke afib which can be poorly tolerated by heart failure patients. Imagine that your heart is already weak, and now your oxygen levels go low from not breathing, so now your heart is working even harder to circulate the blood.

Probably accurate. Im not sure if thats a win for him or not. Make all the effort to compete and get 8th.

Maybe he's aiming to be the next Kai Greene?  Not the degenerate part, but the kind of monster that makes more money from sponsorship and social media than competitions?

I've been tested a number of times, last time about 6 weeks ago I had MR imaging and echo was cancelled; they said I don't need it. It's stayed the same the past 5 years or so.

I've taken steroids again but at much reduced dosages. Trying to avoid water retention and listening to my body as I can actually sort of feel my EF by my breathing and so on. A persistent cough or catching pneumonia would be bad signs as well, indicating possible or probable heart failure. Blood pressure meds and frequent BP cuff monitoring. I'm mentally addicted to steroids and I can't imagine life with zero test after using steroids for decades; so I assume some risk which I'm very aware of, no excuses. At the same time, having a 'weak constitution' is also a mortality risk factor so it's a bit of a Catch-22 with regards to TRT or HRT+ or ++ 8)

I probably should check to see if I have sleep apnea, especially since I was snoring at hospital a few days ago. New guy in the room said, oh no, I can't be in this room with this guy but lucky for him I was just checking out :D

As I recall he didn't get much time after the MI. He was taking 200mg of test via prescription and then he got news from his doc while live on the tube where his doc said the lower part of his heart wasn't moving, it was dead. So the question is if the test had much to do with him dying, I'd guess he was close to dead regardless but I'm not a heart doc.

This one guru named Alex Kikel claims he has reversed dozens of cases of low EF and left ventricular hypertrophy in bodybuilders. His first course of action is to drop steroids to just 2mg per kilo of test a week. Then a huge polypharmacy experiment on top to attempt to help the heart.
Your improved EF is probably due to reduced blood pressure from lower dosages and reduced bodyweight then Im thinking.

Long term steroid use is very much linked to bad EF. I googled a study on it and it showed 10 out of 12 bodybuilders in the study had below normal/healthy range
https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/pdf/10.1161/CIRCHEARTFAILURE.109.931063

I been on TRT(+)250-300mg for some time now and should check mine. if it's bad I would likely stop completly, get on HCG maybe or lower to 100 or so

its said jokingly. TRT+ some call it.

250mg is what I do as standard but sometimes 300.

I think I'm fine so far no big issues. Slight increase in blood pressure. And resting heart rate. Sleeping heart rate has gone from low 40's as natty to 50 now, according to my watch. I should go check my heart and health blood markers though.

I know people who have been on 500mgs a week for over 10 years

But have they checked their healthmarkers and heart. Most don't  :D

I mean the bodybuilders we watch here in the IFBB etc are on more than that for well over a decade and more

What will happen to Nick's veins on his legs when he retires and drops his size?

Good point - if we thought a deflated Palumbo was something, then when Walker shrinks down.... wow...

Everyday is a battle in the gym going to war on the weights. And then yes, it’s all leading up to the ultimate battle of the warriors at the Mr. O.

It looks like his left nipple/udder is being squeezed and milk is ready to shoot out. He honestly looks like a science experiment in a horror film where a mad doctor stitched him together with rotting and deformed/infected body parts. It’s like his body is decomposing, festering, and rotting.
