"I have no idea what they are protesting and arguing about, nor do I care. I stopped the videos when they started yelling "
Simple solution turn the volume down & watch - only in a couple of clips is the conversation relevant.
Your views & thoughts will be appreciated.
TTo appease you, I once again skimmed those videos. In doing so, I was reminded why these are not the type of people I ever associate with.
The woman in the first video should have kept her mouth shut and not argued with the police. She should have accepted the ticket and offered her explanations to the judge in court.
It seems those protests were in Portland. It is not likely they were anywhere near where I live but even if they happened on my street in front of my home, I would not have gotten involved. Not only do I avoid crowds, but I also avoid hostile situations where people often lose control of their emotions and exhibit a total lack of common sense. However, IMO, people do have the right to speak out peacefully (protest) when they believe something is wrong.
Please let me know at what points those couple of relevant clips occur so that I will not need to watch the whole video, thanks.
You could also ask me specific questions relating to these videos. For example, how do I feel about the increased presence of ICE in Oregon? Answer: I think they should leave. They are neither needed nor welcome here. Ice agents should not be wearing masks, but they should be wearing body cameras which are activated during any and all confrontations. They should not violate people's constitutional and legal rights.
BTW, do you really want to know the views and thoughts of someone with a 5-year-old's intellect? If so, why do you?
