Those looked almost easy from how fast the bar moved.
Shakiness looks odd, but doesn’t he shake always so it is not just from effort?

Agree that taking one plate off and trying to get more depth would be more beneficial, bodybuilding and life wise…

He is still pretty retarded. He had an umbilical hernia surgery a couple of years back. He really should be using some kinda belt especially as he doesn't do any ab/core work.

For a normal person it might indicate weak stabilizers, and the shaking due to going heavy and not doing that movement regularly. For Bhanky it could be a vibrator in his ass
