Strted with my left calf and eventually lost my right as well

My outed calfs are still there but my inner calfs are gone almost

I never train them anymore, dont even train legs much to be honest

No one needs big legs except a competitive bodybuilder or contact sportsperson

two bulging discs in low back that resulted in muscle spasms in my low back and piriformis

Since I had blading treatment my low back has been much better, he said my problems stemmed from tension in my quads and hams.

30 years wasted going to a chiropractor when it was my fascia that was the problem not skeletal.

He's showing early signs of palumboism. Wide waist, turtle gut and withered limbs. Also the pec tear on his good pec that someone highlighted on here is much more apparent. Wadda mess
