Forearms are damn near more parallel than his thighs

Even with the suit he can't go parallel. And look at those buckling knees.

WTF does this idiotic crackpot think he's doing FFS he's not even got
to parallel let alone below or a Full deep squat.

His back is badly rounded & he's tipped forward - Got to happen
soon he's going to suffer a bad injury ,  ;D Great it can't happen
soon enough.

He's shaking so much in that squat his knees are caving in and he's twisting side to side.

Brian thinks he's slick. He deleted the 365lbs lift on facebook as that used a truer camera angle showing depth.

He then raises the camera higher on his quarter rep 385lbs lift so he can then try fake depth. The weak khunt has no shame

Texas Law vs Gay Rage (actually sounds like a good wrestling match) -

Hopefully, it progresses to the point Blaha flies to NC to help Brian with his squat. Blaha puts the moves on Brian feeling his zesty energy, and tries to suck his dick. Brian lets him, but in a regretful rage crushes Blaha's head with one of his plates, throwing his back out in the process. Em finds him on the garage floor, and does her legal duty to report him.

Later, Em gets rich writing "Fatal Flexing", a look at the danger of online fitness boards and peer pressure.

.

"Squat for me Brian".

I like that we've progressed to the point we can now dress Brian up like a girl with a Barbie doll. We've got the "powelifting outfit" on today. Also, nice showing off the ankle to prove there was no monitor.

Is bhank even capable of doing more than a single rep squat?

Doing multiple reps at 70% of that weight would be a lot harder.

This is probably why he's now obsessing with powerlifting instead.

thats all he ever does... he just has a go at one rep max efforts every now and again
Its obvious from his shake poor form on all his excercises

If you train for any decent length of time you learn to move a weight smoothly and level and controlled, Brian has none of that.

He always looks like a guy who has been watching someone lift and said "hold my beer"

It makes me wonder if Wood Hankins paid back, or returned, the Student Loan money he fraudulently received from Campbell University.

ok lets give the bald woman beating law school failure a fair shake

The key factors when judging a squat are the four points of performance: a stable stance, a neutral spine (maintaining the lumbar curve), proper knee-to-toe tracking, and squat depth (hip crease below parallel).

Form and Technique
Stance and Balance: The feet should be flat on the ground and approximately shoulder-width apart, with toes pointed slightly outward (around 11 and 1 o'clock or 15-30 degrees, depending on individual anatomy). The weight should be balanced across the entire foot, not just the heels or toes.

Spinal Alignment: Maintaining a neutral spine (the natural "S" curve of the back) is crucial to avoid injury, especially when adding weight. The chest should remain "proud" or upright, preventing the lower back from rounding into a "C" shape (often called "butt wink") at the bottom of the squat.

Knee Tracking: The knees should track in the same direction as the toes throughout the entire movement. Knees collapsing inward is a sign of weakness or poor form and can put undue stress on the knee joint, which is primarily a hinge joint and does not tolerate much rotation.

Depth: For a complete squat, the hip crease should descend below the top of the knee joint. While full depth is the goal for optimal muscle engagement, it should never come at the expense of maintaining the other points of performance, particularly a neutral spine.

Initiation of Movement: The movement should start by moving the hips backward as though sitting in a chair, followed by the bending of the knees. Pushing the knees forward to initiate the squat is a common mistake.

Breathing and Bracing: A proper breath and core brace (filling the abdomen with air and tightening the core) before initiating the descent helps maintain spinal stability, especially with heavier loads.

Individual Factors
An individual's unique anatomy, such as hip structure, thigh-to-calf length ratios, and ankle mobility, significantly influences their optimal stance and form. Judges and coaches should consider these variations rather than enforcing a single, universal "perfect form" for everyone.
Performance Factors
Consistency: The ability to perform multiple repetitions with consistent form indicates mastery of movement and reduces injury risk.
Load Management: The weight used should allow for proper form throughout the entire range of motion. Gradually increasing the weight (progressive overload) is key to building strength safely.
Absence of Pain: No part of the squat should cause pain. Pain is often an indicator of poor form, excessive volume, or an underlying issue that needs addressing.

Brian you clearly fail

ALSO

your suit adds 22-30%
sleeves 5-15%
belt 5 -15%

so you are assisted by at least 32% and as much as 60%

so 385 - 32% = 261
or 385 - 60% =  154

as you can see some way away from rolling off the couch to do 405 for reps. some people are just weak little drug addled bitches brian.

This is it.

The thing is, he could likely get it if he just set a goal, and worked consistently and slowly for a year.

But that is just something he cannot do.

Has to be done in four weeks, in full retard fashion.

Always.

Just for your info Brian,I have been told that I wouldn`t reach 21 years old, then it was 30,then 40 and here I am still around at 70 when all those fuckers are long dead,as you will more than likely be before I kick the bucket..........I`m a resilient motherfukker.

By the way I squatted multiple sets of 10 with 315,followed by multiple sets of 8 and then 5-6.....all deep and legal, also,I did 405 below parallel, and hit a triple with 370 just for shits and giggles cuz I was having a great day.............just tried it and did it, and all were below parallel weighing about 70 pounds less than your waterlogged ass.

I`ve done so much in the 'sport' both in the gym and in bb,powerlifting and odd lifts, and as a trainer for 20 years that you`d need to live twice to even attempt to catch up,and still wouldn`t approach my level of involvement.....never mind accomplishments........y ou train like a novice 13 year old kid !!

Mr Meltdown, never-to-be-esq

You requested it (per chatgpt from YOUR PIC):

From this angle, it appears the individual is close to parallel, but not clearly below it.

Here’s what I’m seeing:

The hip crease (where the thigh meets the torso) looks to be approximately above the level with the top of the knee.

True “competition standard” parallel means the hip crease must be below the top of the knee.

In this frame, the thighs are roughly horizontal, but I do not see a definitive drop below knee level.

Conclusion:
It looks like borderline parallel—right at or slightly above parallel—not clearly below.

If this were judged in a powerlifting meet, it would likely be questionable or no-lift depth. For CrossFit standards, some judges might pass it, but it’s not decisively below."

That is a great question. I wonder if it was just a scam to get some money. We all know he is broke.

Good catch I didn’t even realize that. Imagine wearing a singlet to barely squat parallel. It would be an impressive lift. For someone who’s not juiced to the absolute gills.

However, that form is just atrocious. If he had a brain. He would reduce the weight. And try to get 20 reps with 225.
