I'm team anybody who wants get stronger, it's an honorable pursuit and a lot of fun.  Just don't push it too fast.  You want to be squatting this time next year.  If you are, it'll be interesting to see where you can get to.

Good news on the wraps.  You're going to love the extra stability.  Making depth will be far easier and GB will love blaming your lifts on equipment.  Win win.  All I would say is don't use them all the time.  If you do, you'll probably degrade in the knee stability department without (happened to me).  There was a time this year where I'd rather have been squatting my first wrap weight of 315 than 220 without.  I've fixed that by not using them for the last 6 months but I think you can probably avoid that as long as you don't rely on them too much.

In the absence of a licensed professional evaluating them, we are all just speculating, However, I do firstly think that autism is very over-applied and misunderstood. My young nephew is quite significantly autistic, although he's very affectionate, funny, and quite emotionally intelligent. We tend to paint them all here as raving spastics but many can function just fine in social settings and work environments.

Goodrum, to put it bluntly, is literally just stupid, lazy, and gay. And Brian does not exhibit any autistic traits, in my opinion. What he does exhibit is, firstly, severe ADHD. Hence the 'they labelled me the devil at birth' nonsense, and teachers sent him for cognitive tests as a toddler as they thought that he was literally retarded. Brian has normal intelligence but he clearly has working memory deficits, impulse inhibition, high distractibility and anxiety. He also has the classically accompanying cannabis use disorder that so many of them develop.

He has a lot more going on, too, and as a layman I'd bet my penis that he would meet the clinical threshold for narcissistic personality disorder if tested, along with high antisocial traits. They really got revealed when the JKK thing came out and he desperately tried to distract everyone from it with pathological lying and the law-school fiasco. He's a danger to women and he belongs in a padded cell alongside his best bud Blaha.

You're probably right that many people who are labelled it are nothing more than those with underdevelopment in the social arena.  Most of the people I know are probably a tiny bit more than that, though.  People who utterly can't handle the sound of a "loud bag", all sorts of sensory issues.
