Looks like Em finally got the kid a half way decent haircut.  Doesn't look quite so much like pedo bait any more.

Autistic people can't hide from what they are, it's really fucking obvious.

They of course have no idea how easy it is to spot them because generally speaking, people don't go out of their way to point it out.
depends on how far along the spectrum you are, not everyone is walking around on their tiptoes squealling and clapping

Dear Haters who don’t lift. It is real simple a sleeved squat counts because you are allowed to wear knee sleeves in Raw competition. An elbow sleeve bench press absolutely does not count as not allowed to be worn in competition. Hope that clears it up I know it is confusing for people who don’t lift. Just like 90 degrees is the depth standard. This is an established sport with established standards just like strict curling you guys dont get to make up your own rules and standards. If you are not listed on OpenPowerliftimg your numbers are all bullshit anyway. I  plan to get my squat on the board next month.

Brian gets it wrong

Raw powerlifting squat

The Movement (Down & Up)
Depth: Bend knees until the crease of the hip is lower than the top of the knee.
No "Double Bounce": Only one continuous ascent from the bottom.
No downward movement: Any downward movement of the bar during ascent is a red light.
Lockout: Knees and hips must be fully locked at the top.
Common Reasons for Failure (Red Lights)
Not hitting depth.
Foot movement (step, stumble) after the "Squat" command.
Starting to rack before the "Rack" command.
Elbows touching legs.
Spotter contact with the bar.
Soft knees or failure to lock out at the start or finish.
Raw Equipment Rules
Allowed: Belt, singlet, wrist wraps.
Not Allowed: Knee wraps, supportive squat suits (these are for equipped lifting).

ooops brian

from raw powerlifitng fed rules

page 10

3. Upon receiving the Chief Referee’s signal, the lifter must bend the knees and lower the body until the
top surface of the legs at the hip joint is lower than the top of the knees. Only one descent attempt is
allowed. The attempt is deemed to have commenced when the lifters knees have unlocked. The bar may
move from its starting position downwards on the lifters back the thickness
/ diameter of the bar during the performance of the lift.

now 100% raw and your friend DO allow knee sleeves but your squats dont meet the depth. fail.

he admitted himself he was broke until his dad died

Hes never worked since

I think he had a job at the Home Depot for a little while. Now that his pec has been repaired maybe they'd give him a second chance.

when the olympic champion was training for the olympics he went on to win

brian, at 16 I think pinned him numerous times

this was not long after brian was fighting and winning every time at every school break every single day without fail

and yet the only fighting record that exists is his MMA record- where roided up he had 3 contests and lost all 3.

he also claimed he would ragdoll tyson, had never been beaten in any fight and had never been knocked down or out . he also had prison fights where he took on 3 mexicans in prison despite claiming he never went to jail.

this was after he used to ride a vespa round the bronx where black gangs would not go near him.

he also apprently intimidates serial killers- athough he cant remember their names.

hes so full of shit its a farce.

Dear Brian. None of your squats meet the depth to pass in a competition.

Also it's interesting you mention confusion, rules and standards and strict curling.

Let me remind you that all your competition strict curls were made null and void. You were also kicked out by the federation for trying to compete in a natural federation while being juiced to the gills.

hes not mentally well

in the clip above

he has got to his hotel.now all hotel gyms have an over 16 policy for insurance. so we are expected to believe a 6 year old kid said dad take me to the gym and film but make sure you are not on camera (save for a frame of your bubble gut). then put it on YOUR social media for..... erm... for what?

he's weird as fuck

also his kid who can barely speak saying 'is this impressive'. this implies that spencer gets rewarded when his dad finds something impressive a sthe lad is looking for validation and his reward. very very weird.

That’s actually very true

To film some content Brian is basically - forcing his kid to workout in the hotel gym

No insurance, all for the content

Anyone know the hotel name number? I have a suspicion a hotel guest will likely call and complain to the hotel

a) under 6 in the gym
B) posting on social
C) blatant disregard of the rules
D) other guest don’t feel comfortable and can’t enjoy their workout because a 6 year old is on the gym
