For somebody who says their knee slips out going upstairs. Or  fall down in a buffet line. I find it hard to believe these issues are real when you can snowboard.

These phantom ailment start to creep up when Brian has to do something i.e. a 405 squat i.e. compete.

I really can't see this 180kg squat happening, if 160 is such a struggle with terrible form and no depth then there is no way 180 is going up from down deep, maybe a shaking quarter "squat".

A lot of his form problems could be avoided if he moved the bar lower, off his neck and onto his traps instead. That would pull his torso up instead of looking as if his spine is about to snap in half.

That said as bad as Hankins squat is, it’s much better and lower than I thought it would be.
