If you put his legitimate max squat at 315, he should be working through sets of 250-280 to bulid up.

what about the outdoor squat rack at outer banks? or the gym?

drop down to 1 plate and do 5 sets of 20 full range. I guarantee you wont.

I tried 385lbs one time.

I can go a little lower.

I can go a little heavier. I do think it was legit powerlifting white flag depth.

I agree you are going 2 inches lower that isnt really required in powerlifting though.

I also dont really care about powerlifting though. My goal is stability and strength and growth. I do train for growth.

I did a single for shits and giggles.

I also had a bad angle on the shot.

I took a week off snowboarding since then and have a cold and swollen knee now otherwise I would have done the 405 Friday for my birthday.

I will still squat the 405 for Xmas. I am sure you will all say it is too high. But you all said it would crush me. So, we can argue about a couple inches on Xmas it will improve.

I am 210lbs and lean right now. I will go for the 405 then work towards the 420 double.

I also took time off after show. I am not bulking. But its not about the single the work I am putting in at lighter weights and reps is what is changing my legs.

I had a 2nd rep in me at 385, I almost went for 2,

I def could have gone lower.

I did a 10 rep set at 225 then a 5 rep set at 315 and a single at 345 and 365 prior to the 385. Lower weights are being used I dont just start at my max.

I used the belt for the 385 only as I was getting a lower back pump.

I like higher rep lower weight sets just doing a single for fun

Whenever he posts in the morning. He is high.

That being said. He claims he could do 225 for 10 reps. That is absolute bullshit. He doesn’t have the cardio. Nor the strength.

Hell, I don’t think he could do 30–50 asked to grass body squats as a warm-up without puking up bile and shitting himself

So move it up a bit fuckwit.

The point still stands - you always try to set goals and time limits that have you avoid long periods of time, slow growth,  and consistency.  This jives with your impulsive, neanderthal mentality.

You could do a 405 legit if you put in the effort for a year.  Depth and form wouldn't be an issue.

With the amount of hormones you have taken, it should be a minimum.

Brian should literally reduce the weight 225 pounds and try to get 10 solid clean reps. I don’t think he can even do that. Shit 135 pounds for 15 clean reps there’s no way he could do that.

Listen I am done responding to these other idiots as they have been exposed. They don't even lift. You do Ro I thought you had seen the video. I posted it. First time trying it so went down slow. But it was surprisingly easy. I actually did consider trying a 2nd rep as I came up. I decided against it but I do feel this is right at depth. I am 511 look how far the weight travels. Also, the camera is from below the I put those safeties at that height for a reason. I know my depth mark and I am right at it. Could I go lower absolutely but first time trying it in 2 decades so was conservative. Now these idiots want to claim its a squat suit that adds 200lbs lol. Just a regular singlet and I am using AI on my legs nope just been squatting. But yeah I plan to make it pretty but to act like 20lbs more is going to kill me is just nonsense. This is a legit squat
