I don't know Ron almost at all but I know the shape of this place and I know that (mostly silent) watcher in the skies has a sense of humour that he keeps private.

I'm betting if Brian could actually get off his proud, high horse, Ron would let him back on the board, if not just to take the piss.

This wasn't just another empty threat.  Hankins has a track record of real world litigation action and has had lawyers send letters before and he posted them here.  Thinking of allowing him back would be incredibly foolish.  Might as well invite a stray feral dog into your house to shit all over the place ---again.

When all of that was exposed and laid out, he threatened to sue to have getbig shut down, multiple times. That is the last straw. He can keep posting his youtube videos and these guys can keep track of him that way, he won't be posting here for the foreseeable future.

This place used to piss people off in the industry on a weekly basis.  It was a lot worse, back then.  He never reveals the trouble he has had (or IF he has had trouble).
