His squats suck.....if he had a brain he would put 1-35 pound plate on each side...........slowly descend as deep as possible,pause for 10 seconds,then repeat for 20 reps.
Especially on his close stance squats....same as above only using 25 pound plates.
When/If he can master this,add small weight slowly keeping the same form, and proceed in the same manner.
In essence.....start over from Jump Street.
Leave your ego at the door.
