You have something equally meaningful. The satisfaction of coming home after a hard day's work knowing that your efforts put food on the table. It was down to you, noone else. A wholesome feeling, knowing that you provide for your family. The children see their father provide and absorb meaningful lessons that will shape them into real, self-sufficient individuals.

Now imagine a child who sees his middle aged dad get up at 11:00 with nothing really important to do with his day. Spends all day smoking cannabis, doing some light exercises and posing in front of the mirror. Day after day for years, What is the self worth of this individual? What does the child internalise?
