Josh just asked me why has Spencer got Brians name in weightlifting and his mums name in wrestling

Thats easy, Brian knows Spencer wont ever win anything wrestling and yet he can win unapposed in weightlifting

Its just glory Brian wants, none of the shame he has had for himself all his life.

No, it's something else... more insidious

Jesus fucking Christ.

They are playing ping pong with that poor kid

You know I was wondering why Bhanks completely stopped talking about wrestling.

Once his son got wrecked in his two matches he smartly had him abort that path.

Spence should only be winning right away or it isnt meant to be.

This is the "Hankins Way" as illustrated by his MMA Clegging and other endeavors

:D

More like Clegg got Hankined with lumps all over his head.

I agree with Brian that he actually won and it was the ref’s fault.

It is interesting though that Brian’s shoulder was ruined for life from that one fight.

I will chalk that one up to a coincidence.

Especially with Bhanky's masterful coaching.

Isn't law school semester starting soon?   All these blows to the head Hankins is getting and giving out from and to others can't be good for his mental state of mind.

Bhanky is MENSA and can learn through osmosis.
Just placing a law book under his pillow while he sleeps is enough to allow complete knowledge absorption.

Do you have to have a JD to sit the bar exam?  Maybe bhanks can just skip the whole education/degree-attainment part, which is likely unnecessary for a mind of his caliber.

Some states do not require a law degree.

Brian admitted on a Facebook form he gives Spencer creatine.

The dude is clinically insane

I don't know about insane. Creatine is a component in foods, if creatine was dangerous they couldn't eat meat. Some give kids Flintstone vitamins or Pediasure protein drinks, sometimes on doctor's orders. I wouldn't necessarily give creatine to my kid and for sure not at a high dosage, just saying it's not insane per se. Then again I wish I'd done some Anavar cycles at like 9 :D Earliest anabolic steroid cycles I've read about is pre-birth so a small and weak child would survive the stress of being born :D

You make a great point, but I don’t know if comparing 6 year olds taking pediasure shakes and flintstone vitamins to supplementing with creatine is the same.

Caffeine is also relatively safe but I’m not sure children should have pre work sups.

This is leads to a good question though, what would be an appropriate age for kids to use supplements? He son is a record holder, does creatine aid in his recovery? I wouldn’t give it to my kids, but I also wouldn’t think it would be a big if my child drank a protein shake, which seems contradictory when I type this out.

What I do know is of Hankins is recommending something, I’m likely opposed to it.

Protein shakes would be ok in my eyes. More so if the kid doesn’t eat enough.

What I do know is of Hankins is recommending something, I’m likely opposed to it.

A protein shake is like concentrated milk basically. I've repeated ad nauseum that protein shakes are food and it makes little sense to put powders in a separate category. Years back many thought protein shakes potentially dangerous, even doctors. Not long ago my cardiologist warned me about protein shakes. It's like warning about food. Other doctors forced me to drink micronutrient fortified protein shakes at the hospital recently because I couldn't eat.

I haven't looked at creatine and kids, if there's data, but it's another supp that was thought potentially dangerous when it came out. Now they're thinking it might be good for seniors and people with various diseases. Let's say you looked at what a typical child gets through diet and added just a little more to top out creatine phosphate stores, might not be dangerous at all.

But I understand the instinctive reaction to giving children "supplements" especially if there's a label with a figure of a muscle man on the can.

My mother's generation in Finland were fed bread dipped in coffee as toddlers and they started drinking coffee as little kids, mostly because there wasn't much else to drink besides water :D "Energy drinks" were also thought of as very dangerous to kids, and here there's still a self imposed 15 years old age limit to buy in stores. But they could buy coffee or iced coffees which contain as much caffeine per milliliter as a Red Bull :D When energy drinks became a thing there were lots of reports of emergency room visits and close to death encounters, I haven't heard much in recent years and younger kids of course get ahold of them despite the restrictions.

I wouldn't recommend PEDs to any kid but I wonder what I would have looked like if I were given extra GH with some aromatase inhibitors to increase height plus some little Anavar cycles :D

My posts get long I know :-[

If Bhanky really wants Spencer to muscle up he should add Canola Oil to his shakes.

Preferable only top grade such as this brand:

Brian claims to be a worldclass wrestler who wrestled in university and internationally but the only clippings he produces are from grade 7 or 8. GTFO fool.
