I think the fact he isn't shouting from the rooftops which school it is, probably means it is University of American Samoa, i.e, a source of shame.

I'm leaning towards it being something he just found online. Current phone cameras would allow you to read all the letters and labels on those books, so if he snapped it i'd think it would be sharper.

I went to law school starting 1997 - and these books back then were what we mainly used. There was no internet in 1997 like we have it now or even close. WestLaw was just coming out. There is no way this is real for Hanky who is never going to be in a swanky law firm.

The red Tort Law book looks like it was from Kennedy's presidential term. Hanky is stoned 24/7, and he has been talking about law school for over 2 years now. Hasn't attended a class.
