the rest is shape ,muscle bellies and tie ins

I had genetics to be lean and had a decent shape, I had a poor response to drugs as I have low tolerance to sides, I felt unwell if I increased dosage, in hindsight that may have saved my life

He had some product which had 'everything' in it, but wouldn't disclose the ingredients. Only for the very hardcore LOL.

Advocated running a cycle of antiobiotics before roid cycles. And said you should have benzos on hand to combat insomnia. The benzos are reasonable if kept short duration. I think a lot of pros do Xanax and the like just before shows to combat nerves and cortisol spikes. Ambien probably very common which is really a benzo, even if not technically.
