The extremely heavy training ruined his back, hips etc, but it's the growth hormones and other PEDs (different than the seventies builders used) that ruined his physique.
Although he was able to lift that insanely heavy because of his drug use.

Natural to bodybuilders mean low dosage, only thing Ronnie did different from 1991 to 1998 was upping the dosages on everything and doing what the chad told him. His training wasn’t any different, food intake likely up too, but it’s the same ole chicken breasts, steak , he been eating
