I visited his YouTube channel this past Saturday and, with watery eyes I was watching how he keeps posting his 20 plus year famous clips squatting and deadlifting super heavy ass weight
 
And then "lifting". (more like swinging weights) damaging what's left to his nerves and shrinking his now Clarida like torso while his limbs look more like hemps......

Ronnie didn’t know shit, he was just doing as told, big fucking moron. Human experiment, knew nothing about diet, gear, nothing. A guru guided him 100 percent and he still didn’t know what he was putting in his body

I think he was only putting muscles in his body, with protein.

I bet you Ronnie wouldn't know how much protein he was eating. If asked, he would so he ate so and so many ounces of protein per meal. Because coaches like Chad say eat 10 ounces per meal, meaning 10 ounces of meat. It's most likely the same with gear, he might know the number of CCs, not the milligrams. Ronnie wouldn't be the only one either, most good bodybuilders are almost totally uninterested in the technicalities. I remember when Lee Priest came onto the scene he said he couldn't tolerate any testosterone because his body was already producing so much, so no use taking any extra anyway. So he went to the anabolics instead. I've seen him still say similar things. It's true of other sports as well, the coach is the nerd and the athlete doesn't care to know about programming or diet or gear or anything, they just execute. Of course there are exceptions like Dorian.
