He didn’t have the gun though, the other agent took it from him and disarmed him. It was a bad shoot. I get that they probably felt they were in danger hearing that, but the threat had been neutralized by the time they opened fire. Bad shoot.
But this is what those causing the chaos want to happen.
The reality is, if you carry, your obligation in doing so is to avoid confrontation, not jump into it.
So, the more they get folks to act this way, the more inevitable a "bad shoot" becomes (if that's what it turns out to be).
