My mind goes a million miles an hour every day. That being said, here’s something that I haven’t heard from anyone regarding Pretti’s altercation the week before he got smoked.

He had no firearm on his person during that altercation the previous week. Besides it was his constitutional right to carry (note: He didn’t have his ID which by law makes it illegal anyway). What was his motive to carry with full mags on the day he was s*ot? Revenge from the previous week? Suicide by cop? or just because? 🤔

The report that just came out by the justice department said that they yelled he’s got a gun then five seconds later two agents shot him. Nothing about him brandishing a weapon or anything. Those two clowns should be put on leave and investigated. At best they’re bad at their job. This whole situation sucks. These ice agents should be deporting illegals not walking the streets with fucking assault rifles. It’s a bad look.

Even if he did brandish it, they still more than likely wouldn't have shot him. But he reaches for it and they command him "don't reach for it" and he even flinches towards it. He'll get smoked.

If they impede a Federal investigation, then yes. If warranted they could be charged. Anything that's a local or state investigation, they have no jurisdiction

I watch a lot of police auditor videos like Long Island Audit, Amagansett Press, etc. I hope they do not call a bystander videotaping them "impeding an investigation" or "public disturbance." When I watch those videos a lot of the local cops try to use that to intimidate the public from recording them during the course of their duties, which is our right.

I'm around cops almost everyday. I was told even if someone does't comply even with a traffic stop and they refuse lawful commands such as asking them to get out a vehicle and they refuse, it's technically impeding an investigation.

But this is what those causing the chaos want to happen.

The reality is, if you carry, your obligation in doing so is to avoid confrontation, not jump into it.

So, the more they get folks to act this way, the more inevitable a "bad shoot" becomes (if that's what it turns out to be).
