Mamdani has called for the abolishment of private property, I remember that. He also called for the complete common ownership of the means of production.

He has and will continue to create millionaires and pull untold millions out of poverty. He also created the original PayPal (x.com) which allows millions or possibly billions to move money around the world, create and thrive in businesses from their own homes. Those are just two of the businesses he started that have changed the world. YES, he is 2 millionX more productive than everyone else. Without abundance and wealth creation provided by capitalism (as per marx) communism can never exist, it will result in exactly what we have seen. Capitalism creates inequality, its baked into it, wealth accumulates at the top (marx pointed this out as well), this will evenutally create a feudal situation technologically.

Do I think communism is the answer? no, not at all. This system isn't the answer and some form of socialism makes the most sense within a capitalist democracy.
