Only Coach would willingly inject a grey market drug for fat people that has “retard” in the name.

Sorry, Coach but you know you laughed.

Coach: I’m hearing stories of people developing bad eye complications, including eye rotting. Have your eyes been okay so far?

Was it inject or oral and what was the dosage? If I'm not mistaken most take a few hundred micrograms. There is one fella on IG and he calculated the equivalent human effective dose from some animal research IIRC. He took  400 milligrams a day and claimed he lost fat and put on about 20lbs of lean mass. I got a sample of 30 x 250mcg caps and I'm going to pop those. I don't expect to notice anything but we'll see. Currently I'm sick and involuntarily very lean so I should notice any additional fat loss by the veins on my stomach LOL.

It was oral.  I'll see if I can find the bottle and report back on the specs.

It just makes it easier. Honest answer. I felt good at the weight I was as well but again, being 5'6 and carrying 220 started making me think it's still a lot of weight at my age

Good for you coach

I remember years back, I would say you should be under 200 for your height and age like Tito Raymond lol

How’s Tito looking these days, have you seen him lately? He’s got to be in his mid 50’s now

Looks like you are doing that now

That explains a lot because on here you have the Napoleon complex  :D

Napoleon wasn’t overly short, for his time period. Give L’Emperor the respect he deserves!

So is the bottom line, just get on some Ozempic/GLP Retatrutide or whatever, and it will make you not want to eat so you can cut calories and thus much more easily shed like 25 pounds (15-20%)?

Why the Retatrutide versus one of the more common ones easier to get than involving medical provider?

It’s a GLP-3. I posted the description somewhere in this thread. My drop in the past 14-15 weeks has been less than 2lbs a week. Like I said. At almost 64 I don’t need to be carrying around a ton of muscle mass at my age anymore.

Right, but losing that 1-2 pounds a week would have been much much more difficult and required a lot of suffering of food noise. Everyone I’ve known on the things just has the weight almost melt off effortlessly.

It's like an evolution to Ozempic in a good way. It's thought to have many potential health benefits aside from just making you lose weight, lots of info on the net that I won't quote now. Bodybuilders are using it even in the off-season because they believe this. For example Nick Walker uses it even when not dieting down. Some bodybuilder have noticed it jacks up insulin sensitivity, they can use less exogenous insulin for the same benefit. And insulin resistance is of course thought to be central to many diseases.
