        I read his big book on basketball. i enjoyed it esp. the crazy footnotes. but guy is biased as hell for boston players. he pretty much dismisses all things before bird and magic unless it has to do with bill russell

He is definitely polarizing.  But in terms of dividing the country, no one did it better than President Obama.
