used to be esicline back in the day... never used it myself, medical purpose was to attract water to an injured area to incease healing
Not trying to be a
besserwisser LOL but I seem to remember it was used as any anabolic in medicine, like in catabolic conditions. The swelling was an unwanted side effect. After it disappeared some touted Nolotil as a replacement which was a pain killer but I seem to remember it could be used in infants to swell up certain body parts to make surgery easier or something like that (could be mistaken here).
Some bodybuilders are really ignorant and I remember Flex Wheeler saying Esiclene "wasn't even a steroid." He said he had someone inject him all over before shows and it would make him pass out

A couple of years ago I saw Sas Heirati had weird looking rear delts at a show and thought he probably used Mediphorm.
Since I'm a drug nerd, I happened on a description of GH used experimentally in combination with hyaluronic acid (Mediphorm) in joints like for example knees for a local healing effect. The hyaluronic gel would keep the GH local for longer. I thought it was interesting. Bodybuilders use certain peptides like IGF-1 DES in body parts they hope to grow and perhaps mixing it with that gel could improve results

See the rear delts on Sas here:
