lol...you thinks everything has been "debunked". Loving your meltdowns "Dr".

What are they afraid of? It's science. I thought you people believed in science. But it's funny how you think its just because of the ark.

So you are still this immature at your age? you can't look at things objectively?

lol

Just gave you the hermeneutical key to your mystery text and you giggle.

Jesus tried to teach you, can't say he didn't. You just couldn't understand what he was saying so the church seized the opportunity to control and distort the message.

Explain this quip
“The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you"

then I will explain it esoterically.

Jesus was sent by God (although he is God himself - figure that one out - so he sent himself?) as a sacrifice to redeem humanity for its sin.
Jesus asks God, his father, to spare him from being crucified ( although he himself is God, so he asks himself?).
Tough luck though as he doesn't escape.
So, what sin was he dying for?
The sin was the original sin that Adam and Eve committed by eating fruit from the Tree of Knowledge when in Eden.  Before Jesus died for our sin we were all going to hell or maybe stuck in limbo.
Look up "limbo" for an interesting read.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limbo

A Catholic nun where I went to school explained to us kids how to baptize our younger siblings in case they were going to die before being formally baptized so they could go to heaven and not be stuck in limbo forever and denied entrance to heaven.
As a kid I always pictured the babies floating on soft pink clouds in limbo (how the nun explained it).
Baptism became the way to be absolved from Original Sin so that you could enter Heaven.

Makes total sense.

So you think I just automatically came to these conclusions without years of looking at the opposing "research" and like you, just go by clickbait headlines and blindly believe it? The only I've heard out of you was that psychobabble of that last post.

I honestly believe you take those "conclusions" from YouTube videos and character limited social media posts and have read maybe 10 books in your life. At best Stephen King or John Grisham.

Baptism became the way to be absolved from Original Sin so that you could enter Heaven.

Makes total sense.

Deserves a theological explanation

1. "God sent Himself — so He asked Himself to spare Him?"
This is the oldest and most common misunderstanding of the Trinity. The Trinity is not one person wearing three hats. At the baptism of Jesus, the Father speaks from heaven and the Spirit descends as a dove — all while Jesus comes out of the water. John 1:1 affirms that Jesus is God, while also being with God — indicating He is a distinct Person from the Father.
Jesus prayed to God the Father without praying to Himself. It is precisely the continuing dialogue between the Father and the Son that furnishes the best evidence that they are distinct Persons with distinct centers of consciousness.
One God, three Persons. The Son's prayer in Gethsemane is not God talking to Himself — it is the eternal Son, who took on human nature, expressing genuine human anguish while remaining perfectly obedient to the Father. That's not incoherent; that's the Incarnation.

2. "Jesus only died for Original Sin"
This is a significant reduction of what actually happened. The Redemption is not a narrow legal fix for one infraction. Christ's death and Resurrection reconcile humanity to God by defeating sin in all its forms — original sin, personal sin, and death itself. The Catechism teaches that original sin was the personal act of disobedience of the first humans, resulting in the deprivation of original holiness and justice and the experience of suffering and death — and it describes the fallen state of all human beings, including concupiscence, ignorance of God, suffering, and death. Christ came to undo all of it, not just the first bite of fruit.

3. The Limbo Question
The nun's teaching reflects a real theological tradition — but it has important nuances.
Around AD 1300, the term "Limbo," from the Latin limbus meaning edge or boundary, came to be used for the dwelling place of the good or innocent dead who were not baptized.
Since unbaptized children have never committed a personal sin, they cannot be punished. Yet, without Baptism they have no grace to see the infinite God — so they were understood to be in a state of happiness without sensory pain, but unable to see God. This state is called "limbo."
However — and this is critical — the doctrine of limbo has never been defined as dogma by the Church; it was a theological hypothesis, mostly dependent on St. Augustine's doctrine of original sin. Sacred Scripture does not expressly mention limbo.
The current Catechism of the Catholic Church contains no reference to limbo. Concerning children who die without Baptism, the Catechism says the Church can only entrust them to the mercy of God, as she does in her funeral rites for them.
The great mercy of God, who desires that all people be saved, and Jesus' tenderness toward children — "Let the children come to me, do not hinder them" — allows us to hope that there is a way of salvation for children who die without Baptism.

4. On Baptism
The gifts God gives in Baptism both destroy and build. When a person is baptized, all sin is destroyed — both the original sin that is inherited, and any actual sins committed by that individual.
Original sin is removed in Baptism, but it still has an "effect" on us — concupiscence, the inclination to sin. While Baptism removes the stain of original sin, it does not remove the inclination to future sin.
This is why Baptism is not a magic eraser but the beginning of a life of grace — one that requires ongoing conversion, the sacraments, and cooperation with God.

The Real Objection Underneath
The person presenting this argument seems to assume that if something sounds counterintuitive or was taught imperfectly in a classroom, the entire faith collapses. But imperfect catechesis — even by a well-meaning nun — is not the same as flawed doctrine. The Trinity is admittedly the most difficult doctrine in the Christian faith. That difficulty doesn't make it false; it makes it transcendent. A God fully comprehensible to the human mind would be a very small god indeed.

My question to you (and it is my question) ….  If the Trinity is incoherent simply because it exceeds our intuitions, then shouldn't the same skepticism apply to quantum mechanics, where a particle can exist in two states at once until observed — something equally counterintuitive but accepted as real?

So do you?

You are on retatrutide right now, it's psychoactive, how do you think it dampens food noise? via dopaminergic signaling which alters reward sensitivity. You did PED's which are also psychoactive.

This is what I am talking about, it's such a dumb fucking take. I didn't say I took shrooms in my post for one, but let's just say I did, do you even know how they work? that they activate the TrKB receptor and increase neuronal plasticity and dendritic density? aka, good for you brain.

Just stick to loving jesus and pretending like you follow his example.

Oompa loompas do oompa loompa things

I don't know. A little glint of light to go off in his head maybe. Fuck even his theologians spelled it out for him. Aquinas stated that something can't come from nothing (creatio ex nihilo) and since there is obviously something, nothing never was, thus something always is and that means it's eternal aka outside of time, time-less.

Although aquinas was wrong in a sense, the nothing is productive, it's pure potential which is nothing but produces actuality... things.

AUR EIN SOF or said another way ordinary mind, just this. Tathata

Thanks. I think even many Christians are sort of coming to an opinion that the kingdom of heaven is within, that while the bible is useful it shouldn't be taken literally.

Decades ago I used to read and enjoy Jack Kerouac and he used to write a lot about Buddhism. Later he returned to Catholicism and died early from alcoholism. I didn't have the patience to read about Buddhism myself.

You did. But even the doctor tasked with "verifying" them didn't commit to them being actual miracles. "I don't know anything about miracles."

I thought about Coach's lack of humility before reading your post. "I'm surrounded by retards" and "I'm the only one here that actually reads and researches." When asked for 'serious' sources he cites PragerU. Complains about conspiracy theories but is full of them himself. He claims to win and kick ass on here constantly. Claims to be a Christian but lusts for blood and annihilation, including of women and children. Only children go to heaven said Jesus.

I am into philosophy so i have read a bunch of shit from buddhism to kabbalah to taoism, ifa, voodon, dzogchen, mahamudra, zhuangzi etc etc..

One can read those texts all day long but until they embody them in a praxis they will never understand them truly. It will be like a finger pointing to the moon, instead of seeing the moon they focus on the finger (the text).

You did not write it the last sentence. What you did, and this is embarrassing, was insert your own writing to start last sentence then used AI to ask the question you buffoon.

It must suck to run up against someone with pattern recognition hey?? me and you know your little secret. You tried to look smart but you needed AI and if you really let that sink in you could change your ways and accept reality, but you won't, you are immune to the real.
