I looked up why some old people have that old people smell Declining endogenous antioxidant defenses. Perhaps that could be staved off via supplemental means.
I am not even 50 and already feel the decline.
everything has a shelf life
I think it has a lot to do with how you take care of yourself when young and how you carry that over into middle age. The average person eats potato chips because they feel hungry. They eat just to make the feeling go away. Clueless as to how their own body works. Sleep is also a huge part. Once you sleep less than 8 hours a night I think it catches up big time. Water is another factor. Most people I know hate drinking water as crazy as that sounds.
I’ve been training since 16. No drugs, never smoked cigarettes and rarely drink alcohol. I’m 45 and most people think I’m in my early 30s.For what it’s worth, I’m one of the bigger guys on here.
How do you smell?
That would be good. The smell is real for sure.
