Competitively speaking, the big question is, after 10 years of evolving IFBB standards, will Gary's competition on stage in Colorado be against the other pros or against himself?  The IFBB is home to the best bodybuilders in the world and they define the movement today much as Gary did over a decade ago.  From the front he was always impressive and his condition was always extreme, but his Achilles heel was always his back.  You can't win a bodybuilding show today without a great back and striated glutes.

You have to be great from head to toe - not only the back and glutes, but from the front you need massive quads and tremendous outer sweeps in the thighs, wide lats and everything else.  I believe Gary will be judged fairly.  I certainly don't think there will be any intentional reaming or some act of reprisal for his defection.  I just think that for Gary, the competition is with himself.  And he'll tell you straight up - he's going in prepared to win and just as prepared to lose.  The thing he's got going for him that few if any other pro bodybuilders do, is that Gary Strydom has nothing to lose.  He's doing it for himself, so where he places doesn't matter.  Gary was, is and always will be a great bodybuilder and that's why he's on the cover.

umm how about he is 260lb 33inch waist?? why lie so severly try doing it with class....he is LUCKY if he has 33 inch waist at 260lb but since i like the dude i give him 33 inch waist. i must give it to you though you made him look like he has 32 inch waist on black no one next to you photo session...but 30 inch waist is like saying prince can win state competition now ;)

Great cover ,Gary Looks Amazing,I remember when Gary was in Aussie for the World Pro Show (that he won) and he was the biggest man I had ever seen, he was a giant , a few years later me and lee would often see him and have lunch with him in the Fire House resturant in LA and was is a very nice and personable man , I wish him the best of luck in his comback !!


Oh and the Preist Confessional on the cover will be a very intresting read !!! Trust me !

Oh thats MY BAD, its not actualy "The Preist Confessional"  Its a personal ONE ON ONE Interveiw I did with Lee , and because I am his good mate we covered alot of topics ,and I was abel to ask alot of stuff that any one elese wouldnt get away with , and he had to give me the honest answers because he knew I knew the answers , the interveiw is a word for word account and you will enjoy it and get to know lee alot better !!
