Hey guys.
A buddy of mine is gonna be working lotz hours over the summer doing kinda farming work,pretty much working all daylight hours.Though he has organised it so he can leave earlier on either MON,WEE,FRI or TUE,THUR and he would then workout on sata swell.
He wants a simple hard workout,that has him in and out of the gym in an hour so he can get home and eat eat eat?
I suggested a couple of things to him (hes does a kinda normal split during winter /not so busy season), but it would be kul to get other input from u guys. cheers
