If you're strong enough to close the 3 with one hand with any kind of grip it's good enough in my book

i have the heavy grip series 5 grips 100,150, 200, 250, 300. i can close the 150's but can't even get close to the 200's. my kid closes the 200's but said don't open the 250's just yet, we opened the packages as we progressed. gunther s. the bodybuilder is supposed to be a heck of a grip man.

that's so bullshit.who cares how many people close the number #3 the # 4 is the goal.randy would be making the closing of the grippers impossible ,you have to be able to place the gripper in your hand.your right, those who closed it before become decertified.anyway randy can always make a #5 which i would love.he should make it about 400 to 420 pounds.

i can't even imagine the damage those number 3 and 4 grippers do to the bones and connective tissue of the hands, having strong hands is great but if you can't use them when you're 55 or 60 who cares.

they have to strengthen the hands, because i 've seen bill kazmaier at 52 bend and crush things with his hands and he had to due some serious hand training to be able to do that and his hands are fine

Where is the best place to buy this thing? Do they come as a package, or do you purchase them seperately? I googled it and I saw a lot of grippers for sale seperately...Thanx
