Thanks for the pics.

On a side note, I don't see how people can do incline bench at that angle. It's too close to a shoulder press for my taste. 45 degrees max for me.

he went up to around 315 in the inlines,preacher curls he was using around 135 or so,he also did a set or two of tricep pushdowns and behind the neck press for the photographers from flex magazine,he didnt look like he was going all out but rather to get a nice pump for the photos,im hoping he holds his great condition for the stage next week cause if he peaks he will do really well imo,hes a really great guy who appreciates his fans,he absolutely loves apollon gym,but then again doesnt everyone?,i sure do

glad you liked them,actually he did a set or two of behind the neck and front presses on the smith also as well as tri pushdowns,i got some really good shots on my other camera and ill post them soon,if you like these shots you really like the others,alex is a great guy and has a great sense of humor,im rooting for him at the ny pro and i think hes gonna kick some ass on the stage

He doesn't have a fuckin' chest to bomb...
He needs to build some mass before bombing it...
also needs to take care of his famous eyebrow, a normal human (homosapiens) have two eyebrows, but this guy has only one, it is longer than missisippi.
He looks like a shaved homo erectus.

no video,he was in jersey this morning doing a photo shoot with flex magazine and i was training also, in between sets i snapped afew pics,it was one of those disposable cameras from walgreens,the next batch of pics im going to post will be alittle clearer,plus i took afew pics with him and me in the parking lot before he left for the day
