ok, im fit an athletic but i want like a pac. so how do i go about getting one? i can run 1-2 miles without a problem, any suggestions?

LOLreally is it that hard???burn more calories each day then you shovel in your pie hole and after time guess what you have less fat on your body and if you have been doing anything for you abs (hanging leg raises/crunches/ect) they start to stand out. then go to A&F buy a to small t shirt and throw it over your shoulder as you walk down by the beach with your pencil arms and chicken bone legs and try to pick up girls.now go away.
