Bruising
« on: May 22, 2006, 01:27:59 AM »
Did Hams and Calves other day, and decided to throw in some leg exts between sets(not training Quads that day). Later in evening noticed bruising and discoloration on upper left thigh rod area near pelvic insertion, which worsened following day. No pain, just slight discomfort to the touch.
Anyone experience or hear of this before? Should I train Quads or wait?

You probably just strained something, go to the doctor if it gets really worse. Sorry, if I couldn't give you a better answer.
