To my way of thinking, that would be a ideal split. Keeping the exercises and sets, for each muscle group, to a minium can make the split even more productive. Good Luck.

Workout A- Chest, Back, Tri's

Workout B- Delts, Bi's, Legz

2-3 exercises per bodypart, 2 work sets to failure, sometimes a drop set if I get less than 8 reps on a given set.

Alternate the 2 workouts as often as I feel like.  If I hit my shit hard and heavy, chances are I'll do each workout once every 7 days, if I was tired and didn't have such a great workout, I usually recover from that quicker so more like every 4-5 days.

Btw- I mostly do 6-10 reps for upper bod compoundz, but legs do a lil' higher.

I've been using this split for a long time now, and I'ma thinkin bout doing this here split just for sumthin new:

Pecs, Delts, Tri'z

Legz

Back, bi's, Back deltz

The only problem I have with it is the fact that I wont be able to use quite as much weight for bicep exercises, and I would hate to be using anything less than 45 dumbells!
