I know this will get moved but i am putting this here for quick responses.
My quads just starting cramping like a mother fucker and i had to crawl up my stairs to get my food out of the oven and i can not stand straight up without bad cramping, i worked out my legs 1-2 hours ago and have never had this happen this bad before!!!!!!
What should i do, i have already stretched and it doesn't seem to be helping
