Hey mr. Dugdale,
I have noticed that you are lacking in the mass area and especially in the arms. Although its not as bad as Milos.
What I would suggest you do is 20 sets of 20 reps 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. Then every 2 weeks take 4 reps away until you end up with 6 reps of 20 sets on your last week. This routine is garanteed to add 3-5 inches on your 12 incher arms and you will truly be a stud.
Oh and for overall mass you should really try the freeweights they have placed in a forgotten corner of baleys gym.
