TRAINING ROUTINE FOR MARK DUGDALE!

Hey mr. Dugdale,

I have noticed that you are lacking in the mass area and especially in the arms. Although its not as bad as Milos.

What I would suggest you do is 20 sets of 20 reps 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. Then every 2 weeks take 4 reps away until you end up with 6 reps of 20 sets on your last week. This routine is garanteed to add 3-5 inches on your 12 incher arms and you will truly be a stud.

Oh and for overall mass you should really try the freeweights they have placed in a forgotten corner of baleys gym.

hey Mr Dugdale,

i agree with alexxx he really is a guru. if he writes it then its fact.he is hany rambod and charles glass all rolled into one. he could come show you how to work out but there is not going to be enough weight so you may have to order some extra for him. i am sure you would make the top 3 if you just listen to him. someday he will be a 12 time mr olympia and you can say your one win is all due to him......

Dugdale has an awesome physique, maybe not the biggest by a long shot but very complete, i'd have to see the 500lb. incline to believe it though.

That has to be the most ridiculous "advice" I've ever read.  Ugh... Alex, why don't you post your most recent front double bicep shot and we'll put it side by side with Mark's.  This is one of the Heinz ketchup moments... anticipation...

All mark need is maybe a few more pounds or so but much more and he will start to look bad, he has a great complete package now and he only needs to refine things for that polished look. I would rather see him look good for years then overdo it and look great for a few shows and then start goin down hill like many have. :)

Mark was sick at the Ironman so his conditionning wasn't at his best. However, I think that when he will compete next year at the Ironman with 5 more pounds ( that's it ! he doesn't need more) with the same condition he had in 2005  :o, I can see him place top 3 in every show he will enter (exept the arnold and the O)
