i love how mark doesn't look at all "into it" like seth in that picture. he has a facial expression that says "all right, hurry up and take the damn picture, i feel ridiculous".

I think I got him on shoulders but arms are about the same. Also my width and Arnold like ability to absorb steroids and make my muscles full is what gives me the edge. Not to mention height.

Just got back from Venice late last night and was sorely disappointed that you guys are soooo mislead. That sign wasn't "westside" or "mayhem"... it was MCFARLAND, and yes, I was like... "Hurry up and take the damn picture" However, once I install that 6" wide tail pipe on my civic, then I will be throwing down the gang signs with the Asians

Alexx, your superior width is because I have small clavicles to go with my small arms.

Get out of the garden and hit me up with a remedy.

This year I am contemplating my routine and diet. I need to do more research and be well prepared for the reprecutions.. all the girls won't be able to get their hands off me so.. I am going to ask woo what he does to repell those hot chickas.

alexxx..... be honest with yourself... you are 6'4" and have very little muscle on your frame at this point... before you can be competitive on a regional level you should train for at least 2 more years... then try a local show (is there still a Mr. Sherbrooke?)
