alot of fluids in my diet this year to get cut. 1 liter of lemondade 1.5 gallons of water 1 liter of "weak" coffee. have a bowl of some high fiber cereal in the morning...i try to eat as little solid food on this diet and low fat solid food seems to go down fast and i end up eating too much of it on a diet. 6feet6 240-245ish

If being ripped is your goal:
Stop drinking lemonade. Cut out all simple carbs, consider a keto diet. Your problem is holding water.

keto diets dont work for me thats why im going to write a book to show better ways of dieting.

I didīnt have energy to read thru all three pages but will give a respone from what a read on the first page.
As a former BB contest writer I think you need to drop down 25 pounds to be in contest shape. Thats judging from the pictures. You might look a bit skinny at that weight, but would have great condition and look impressive as hell to the normal public but not necessarily do well at a BB comp. But if you add 25 pounds of muscle you def. could do that. So just keep at it. Do alot of power exercises since you donīt have to worry about you waist or hips growing.

ahhh yes i figured it would be around that much FUUUUCK lol
damn i would dunk the funk out of a basketball goal if i weighed that much less! your estimation sounds about right. even when im running and doing my cardio i still feel "heavy" i dont feel like my strides are as graceful as they should be, i know i would be flying through the air though at 215 that would be fuckin great. im wanting to be extremly athletic doing 360 dunks n shit plus modeling hahah.

Hola Daddywaddy!

Go buy yourself a book on sports nutrition, preferably "Sports Nutrition" by Ron J Maughan.

During the day, it's all about exhanging those simple carbs for complex carbs like wholegrain pasta and brown rice.

Avoid white sugar.

Fast carbs are good post work out. But you know that, probably.

150 grams of fast carbs PW should be just about right. Also add 20-30 grams of protein.




And love that furniture.
